Return & Refund Policy

At iRootlay, we strive to provide a smooth shopping experience for organic products. This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through our Platform.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or expired product.
  • You received the wrong product compared to your order.
  • Return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • If approved the replaced or exchange product will be delivered within 15 days

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or partially used consumables.
  • Personal care and hygiene products.
  • Products without original packaging or invoice.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed only after successful inspection of the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • In case of COD (Cash on Delivery), refund will be issued via bank transfer or wallet credit.

4. Replacement

If the product is in stock, you may opt for a replacement instead of a refund.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are covered if the return is due to seller error (wrong/damaged/expired product).
  • In other cases, the buyer may need to bear return shipping charges.

6. Disputes

All return and refund disputes will be handled in accordance with Indian consumer protection laws.
